Government Window operates across the United States and serves hundreds of state, county and municipal customers. We provide a no-cost, highly secure, customizable payments platform that includes white-glove customer service, tailored payment and reconciliation reporting, improved financial oversight and a modern, secure, intuitive resident interface.
The work is unusually concrete. A configuration change you make on a Tuesday is a court clerk's Wednesday. A reporting field you add is somebody's day closing an hour earlier. There is very little distance between what you do and who it affects.

What you'd be signing up for
Agencies first
Every configuration decision starts with how the receiving office actually works — what a clerk reconciles against, what a tax digest requires, what a billing cycle looks like.
Transparent by default
Fees are disclosed before payment. Deposits are gross. Reports carry the identifiers you use. Nothing about the money should require interpretation.
Earn it annually
No long-term contracts means the relationship is renewed by service, not enforced by paperwork.
Answer the phone
Support is in-house and reachable. The measure of a payment partner is what happens on the day something goes wrong.
